These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the site or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises.

We may modify these terms at any time by posting an updated version, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the changes. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
